    Your contact details and any other information provided in the contact us form are retained by Achorda. Any further correspondence following your enquiry is also retained by Achorda until deleted (please see below for details about deleting data).

    To enable us to perform our contract with you we need your contact details and information about your project. This enables us to:

    • Identify you as the contact for the enquiry / project
    • Send important information regarding your enquiry / project

    This is the sole purpose of obtaining the requested data. You will not receive any spam from us.

  4. Who can see the data?

    Only Achorda employees have access to your data.

    Your data is not shared with any third party inside or outside the European Union, to third countries or international organisations.

  5. Information we collect automatically

    When you use the Achorda website we may collect information about your usage of the application. That information may include your IP address, your operating system and your device. We may collect this information as a part of log files as well as through the use of cookies or other tracking technologies. We need to do this to enable us to improve our service to you, report on geographical usage and diagnose any problems reported by individual users. We may also charge a reasonable fee to comply with requests for further copies of the same information.

    Achorda go to great lengths to ensure that your data is safe and use the latest technology to protect it. In the unlikely event of a data breach, Achorda will assess the level of impact immediately. If any users are deemed to be at risk, Achorda will inform anyone affected and also the ICO (https://ico.org.uk) within 72 hours as is lawfully required.

    Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
